Returns

RETURNS - AUSTRALIA

- You can return any full price item within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Refunds outside this window will not be accepted. 

- Earrings can not be returned or exchanged.

- No returns during promotional periods.

- Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be refunded. 

- Customer must pay postage to return item to MW Boutique. We recommend using Australia Post with tracking. 

- Upon filling out a 'Returns Form', customer must notify MW Boutique at official.mywardrobe@gmail.com to request a return and we will contact the customer with return details. 

- Products deemed faulty by MW Boutique are resent with a product of the same size if in stock. If the garment is not in stock, customers are entitled to a full refund. 

- Items purchased with an e-Gift card cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE

-You can return any full price item within 14 days for an e-Gift Card. This can be used to purchase an alternate product or the same product in a different size.

- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- Sale items are final and can not be returned.

- Items purchased with an e-Gift Card can be exchanged within 14 days. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the returns form complete.

- We inspect all return items upon receipt.  Returns which fail to comply with the above will be returned back to the purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

PROCESSING - CREDIT NOTE

-Upon MW.Boutique receiving the order, we will issue a credit note via email for use on next purchase

-Please allow up to 3 business days upon receipt of the order to receive email


RETURNS - INTERNATIONAL

- You can return any full price item within 21 days from delivery for a full refund. Refunds outside this window will not be accepted. 

- Earrings can not be returned or exchanged.

- Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be refunded. 

- Customer must pay postage to return item to MW Boutique. 

- Upon filling out a 'Returns Form', customer must notify MW Boutique at official.mywardrobe@gmail.com to request a return and we will contact the customer with return details. 

- Products deemed faulty by MW Boutique are entitled to a full refund.
